What is Cellana Finance?
Cellana Finance is a ve(3,3) DEX on Aptos written in Move. Traders swap tokens through volatile and stable pools while veCELL holders lock CELL for up to two years to vote weekly on which pools receive CELL emissions. Voters collect a share of the swap fees and bribes flowing through the pools they direct emissions to, aligning liquidity incentives with the gauge they vote into.
