What is Cold Storage Plugin?
Cold Storage Plugin is an ERC-6900 modular plugin that protects NFTs inside your wallet even if the rest of your account is compromised, including your owner key. Today, you might put your NFTs in a separate EOA and lock the private key in a bank vault to keep them safe. But then you can't use the NFTs to get into exclusive events. The Cold Storage plugin lets you secure your NFTs in your Modular Account just as hard, by creating a separate "storage key" that lets you lock NFTs (all ERC721s, collections, or specific tokens). Wallet owners can unlock their NFTs or transfer locked NFTs to another wallet by signing transactions with their storage key.
