A delta-neutral yield vault on Ethereum that issues lazyUSD and runs basis trades, options arbitrage, and gamma scalping across venues like Derive, Pendle, and Hyperliquid.

What is Lazy?
Lazy is an automated yield vault on Ethereum. Users deposit USDC, receive lazyUSD that tracks the vault's net asset value, and the protocol runs three hedged strategies in parallel: basis trading paired with short perps, options arbitrage between venues, and gamma scalping. Withdrawals are queued and settle within seven days. Lazy targets a 10% APR and charges a 20% performance fee on profits only.
