Quill Finance is a decentralized borrowing protocol on Scroll, forked from Liquity V2. Users deposit wETH, wstETH, weETH, or SCR into a Trove to mint USDQ at user-set interest rates, deposit USDQ into Stability Pools to earn liquidation rewards, and govern the protocol with the QUILL token.
