These issues may be caused by various factors beyond our control. The below troubleshooting guide gives you steps to unblock yourself and if it still doesn’t resolve, please feel free to get in touch with us.
Solution:
Please make sure your account details are in accordance with our Account detail guidelines.
Use your actual first and last name
Avoid unrecognized or temporary email domains. We recommend using @gmail.com, @outlook.com, @imessage.com, etc. — even your own legitimate domain.
Avoid email accounts with a random long string of numbers such as xx101002299334@gmail.com
In case you still see the same error even after entering data in accordance with above guidelines, we recommend trying the below
If account creation using an email and password doesn’t work, try using “Sign in with Google” and connecting to your Google account.
Try from at least one other browser (like Brave or Mozilla Firefox) and one other network (Wi-Fi, Cable or cellular).
Try to use a VPN to the United States.
Finally, if you made sure that you’ve followed all the above guidelines, there’s a very specific setup you can try to get through - On your phone browser like Kiwi browser, turn on a US VPN and try signing up with a different email ID.
