Aave
Aave is a decentralized lending and borrowing protocol where users can earn yield on deposits and borrow against crypto collateral.

What is Aave?
Aave is a decentralized non-custodial liquidity protocol that allows users to supply assets to earn interest and borrow against crypto collateral. With over six years of uninterrupted operation and $3.46 trillion in lifetime deposits, Aave offers multiple market configurations — from conservative stablecoin markets to higher-yield strategies — across Ethereum, Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum, Avalanche, and Fantom. Users can switch between stable and variable interest rates and take out flash loans. The AAVE governance token lets users vote on Aave Improvement Proposals (AIPs) and can be staked within the protocol's Safety Module.
