Agoric is a Cosmos SDK layer-1 that runs hardened JavaScript smart contracts. The chain ships with a built-in IBC-based orchestration library so contracts can hold state and trigger actions on Cosmos, Ethereum, and Solana from a single program. BLD is the staking and governance token, and IST is the over-collateralized stablecoin issued by the Inter Protocol.
