Internet Computer
Internet Computer is a layer 1 from DFINITY designed to host full web applications onchain through smart contracts called canisters.

What is Internet Computer?
Internet Computer (ICP) is a layer 1 from DFINITY that runs full web applications onchain. Smart contracts (called canisters) serve HTTP requests directly from the chain, hold their own data, and can sign transactions on other chains via threshold cryptography. Apps including OpenChat and DSCVR run end-to-end on ICP without traditional cloud servers.
