OTSea
A peer-to-peer OTC exchange that lets ERC20 holders trade directly through smart contracts without using liquidity pools.

What is OTSea?
OTSea is an OTC token exchange where traders buy and sell ERC20 tokens directly through smart contracts that act as escrow, bypassing liquidity pools entirely. Users can set custom buy and sell orders with whitelists, auto-matching, and crowd-fill, avoiding slippage and pool-side buy/sell taxes. The protocol runs on Ethereum and Base, and a majority of trading fees are paid out to OTSea token stakers.
