Pencil Finance brings tokenized student loan portfolios on-chain by connecting verified loan originators with on-chain capital. Investors can buy Senior or Junior tranche tokens to gain fractional exposure to bundles of loans with defined repayment terms. The protocol publishes redemption schedules and cash flows on-chain through its GROW governance token, with multiple student loan companies onboarded as origination partners.
