Vendor Finance
A non-liquidation lending marketplace where lenders set fixed-term, fixed-rate loans against custom collateral without oracle dependencies.

What is Vendor Finance?
Vendor Finance is a loan marketplace for fixed-term, fixed-rate, non-liquidation lending on Arbitrum and Base. Lenders set their own loan terms (collateral, LTV, interest, maturity), borrowers post collateral and draw stablecoins like USDC, and idle lending capital can sit in AAVE-backed strategies while it waits for borrowers. The protocol covers a range of long-tail collateral that traditional money markets do not accept.
